When making a reservation please clarify

  • By request, we will go through breathing techniques such as diaphragmatic breathing, to tap into relaxation or energizing breath. YOUR BREATH IS YOUR POWER!

  • I believe in offering modifications in every practice as it might expose you to alternative options that can aid you in furthering your practice.

    As someone who used yoga to recuperate from a motorbike accident, pregnancy and my mental health journey I belive in the benefits of yoga and taking intentional time to health from the inside out.
