Becoming a mom has been one of my greatest blessings - when it came to my body, I experienced some of the biggest changes—physical, emotional, and spiritual- from stretch marks to being extremely protective of my energy.

I started my training in prenatal yoga years before becoming pregnant and I thought I felt equipped to teach, it wasn’t until I was moving and feeling another person moving with me that I realized there was a whole other part of grace, sacred space between the body and baby, and intentional movement that I wasn’t prioritizing.

Through my journey of practicing and teaching yoga throughout all 9 months of my pregnancy, I have gained tools and personal experience that have helped women further thier practice throughout thier journey.
