Yoga for all bodies young and small!

I believe in using yoga, creative games, songs, and stories to unlock ways to gain tools for mindfulness that are unique to them. They will also exercise postural control and enrich their creative potential.

Teaching kids and family yoga has been one of my greatest joys as an educator. Blending my professional training in theatre, music, dance, literature, and creative arts with my love of yoga and mindfulness has allowed me to teach children of all ages and levels on the spectrum giving them space to be themselves!

I’ve had the privilege of creating and running a kids yoga camp in Bermuda, being a camp director for Gallergy Kids Theatre in Brooklyn, NY, leading an afterschool arts program of 200+ students k-5 in New York, teaching as a teaching artist in various exposing students to yoga, music, and mindfulness with YoReMi!

Exposing children to music, mindfulness, tools for emotional regulation, space for imagination, and creativity has many benefits; seeing it daily has been one of my joys. I teach in a Montessori method as I resonate with allowing kids to be leaders in thier development, with me as an attentive guide.

As a mom, it gives me great joy knowing that I am creating an active space of grace, creativity, and knowledge for young minds to shine.
